Last post for Christmas will be Friday 17th December
Last collections from the office will be Wednesday 22nd December
First post after New Year will be Wednesday 5th January
First collection after New Year will be Wednesday 5th January
Orders placed between 22nd December and 4th January will be dealt with from 5th January.
The Scout Shop at LE3 is currently closed.
However, we are able to process orders via this website and orders will be issued on a weekly basis.
Collection Service: When the order is ready for collection we will contact you. Collection times are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Out of Stock Uniform
I want to explain the situation regarding our out of stock items this Autumn and assure you we are doing everything we can to improve availability.
As we all know the past year has been a completely unpredictable trading landscape and we had no real assurance that Scouting would resume with this strength in Autumn.
Thankfully we can say that demand has returned, and levels have surpassed any of our expectations. However, this surge in demand, coupled with the worldwide shipping crisis has meant that we are currently experiencing out of stocks on some of our key uniform items. Please bear with us, despite our best planning and forecasting efforts, container delays are completely out of our control. There is currently a container of core uniform items on the water that is already 6 weeks delayed and still no confirmation of when it will arrive.
Please rest assured that as soon as stock is available it will be listed on the website for you to purchase.
